The crops are fresh and well packaged which matters when you're buying in bulk, plus their agribusiness setup is legit organized. My only gripe sha is their delivery schedule is so unpredictable—ordered for a specific date and they showed up two days later, which nearly spoiled half my order and wasted my time waiting around. Still a solid 4 though because the actual products are quality and the staff were helpful when I called to complain.
