Frequent customer here and I must say Hair Luxe District has been treating me well with their digital hub services, but abeg the booking system needs serious work. Last time I came in for a service, I booked online like they ask you to do and still had to wait almost 35 minutes before anyone called my name even though there wasnt much people ahead of me. The actual service was solid and the staff were friendly once they attended to me, but why make customers book online if the appointment time doesnt mean anything sef. Overall still good enough to keep coming back but fix that waiting issue.
