Came here for the first time last month and the whole setup is impressive I won't lie. Staff knows what they doing and they actually explain things properly which I appreciated, but abeg the waiting time is no joke. I booked an appointment and still sat there for almost an hour before my turn came. For a place that's supposed to be organized like this, that part needs fixing seriously.
