Wasn't enthusiastic about trying digital healthcare at first but Health Station actually made the process smooth. Everything worked fine when I booked my consultation online and the staff explained how their management system works, which I appreciated since I'm not too tech savvy. My only complaint though is that the platform took forever to load when I was trying to access my records the second time I came back and nobody there seemed bothered to help fix it. Overall decent place, just need them to sort out their technical issues because waiting 20 minutes for a page to load is frustrating when you're trying to get quick healthcare.
