Tried not to think about it too much at first but Heedbern really came through for me this time. I sent some spare parts down to my cousin in Lagos last month and honestly I was worried it would get lost or damaged in transit, but they tracked everything properly and it arrived in good condition. The staff member who helped me at pickup sha was patient enough to explain the whole process even though I kept asking questions. Worth the money for peace of mind sef.
