Wasn't even planning to use them but my usual airline had issues so I had to book last minute with Ibom Air. The ground staff at the airport were actually attentive — not the usual Nigerian airline attitude where you're waiting around for someone to acknowledge you exist. Flight was on time, seats were comfortable, and I arrived without stress which these days is honestly half the battle. For an airline that's still building reputation, they're doing something right.
