Came for a bespoke piece and the guy actually understood my vision which was refreshing, but abeg the time it took to get updates was frustrating. I'd call asking about my order and either no one picks or they say come back next week, and when I finally got the finished piece the quality was there I won't lie but I almost forgot what I ordered by then. For someone doing luxury work the communication needs serious work because good tailoring means nothing if you're leaving me in the dark for weeks.
