Good bank but their app needs work sha

I've been using KCB for about a year now and the services are solid honestly. Staff at the branch is helpful and my transactions go through without much drama, but abeg their mobile app frustrates me every single time I try to transfer money or check my balance. It takes forever to load and sometimes I have to restart my phone just to get it working properly. For a pan African banking hub in 2024 this sef should not be happening but everything else about them is fine.
