Wasn't even planning to come but my son insisted we check them out for a property matter. The agents were knowledgeable sha and explained everything clearly about the listings and process which I appreciated. However I spent almost two hours waiting to even see someone proper even though I had called ahead, and by the time they attended to us the whole energy was off already. For a company that talks about global standards, the customer service waiting experience was nothing to write home about honestly.
