Been doing real estate deals for years now and had to bring Kola Awodein Law in for some commercial stuff on a property transaction. The actual lawyers knew their onions and handled the civil matters well, didn't try to overcharge me like some of these other firms sha. My only issue is their office staff took forever to get documents back to me. I'd follow up and it would take three days for a simple email response when I needed things moving faster because my client was waiting. Still solid legal work though, just sort out your admin people abeg.
