Needed some industrial equipment sourced and Kwench Resources actually came through with quality options and fair pricing. Staff knew what they were doing which put me at ease since I don't really understand all the technical stuff. My only gripe sha is the time it took to get feedback on my initial inquiry — almost a week before someone called me back and by then I was already frustrated. Still, once they got moving the whole procurement process was smooth and I got what I needed so I can't complain too much.
