I've tried here for a few months now and the delivery service is actually reliable which is what matters most when you're busy at work. Stuff arrives quick and the riders are professional but abeg my only gripe is the tracking updates are terrible sometimes and you're left guessing where your order is. Last week I ordered and the app said it was 5 minutes away for almost 20 minutes before it finally showed up. Overall though for someone like me who doesn't have time to go out, they get the job done.
