Came for a specialist consultation and the medical staff were actually knowledgeable which I appreciated. But I waited almost two hours past my appointment time and nobody even apologized or explained why the delay was happening. The facilities look modern and clean which is good but for how much they charge here in Lagos, that kind of waiting around is not acceptable. I'll go back if I need their specific expertise but I'm definitely booking early morning next time to avoid the wahala.
