My friend dragged me here to see what this tech internship thing was about and honestly I was skeptical because me as a bricklayer I no get time for all that. But the people there sat down with me proper proper and explained how the program could actually help young people around here get real skills instead of just wandering around. What got me was how they didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about tech yet, one of the coordinators even asked about my background and took time to explain things in a way I could follow. I brought my younger cousin back last week and she's already in their system now so I dey expect her to start learning something new soon.
