Came for a quick diagnostic test and ended up spending almost two hours there waiting to be attended to. The actual lab work itself was done properly and the staff explained what they were doing which I appreciated, but abeg the queue management is terrible. For a place that's supposed to be specialized they really need to sort out their scheduling because I almost didn't come back. Won't lie though the results were accurate and came back fast so that part was solid.
