Long time customer dropping a review finally because my son has been here since nursery 2 and honestly the academics are solid, teachers know what they're doing and the facilities are clean. My only wahala sha is they don't keep parents in the loop properly about what's happening with our children during the day. You pay premium fees but getting a simple update about how your child's day went feels like pulling teeth, communication from management is always last minute and sometimes the newsletters come late. Other than that Lorena School is doing well but abeg they need to sort their parent communication because we're the ones funding everything.
