Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to come back three times before they sorted my estate paperwork properly. The staff are knowledgeable about the projects and the layouts are solid, I won't complain about that part sef. But abeg the waiting time in their office is something else, I sat there almost two hours for what should've taken 30 minutes and nobody even apologized or offered water. Good company overall but they need to respect people's time better honestly.
