Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried this place because my friend wouldn't stop talking about their skincare range and honestly the products themselves are really nice, my skin has been clearer since I started using their stuff. The issue sha is that every time I go there to buy or ask about treatments the wait is always long even when the place doesn't look that busy, last time I went in at 2pm and didn't get attended to till almost 3. Staff are polite and friendly when they finally get to you but abeg they need to sort out their timing because a food vendor like me doesn't have that kind of time to just stand around. Overall I'll keep buying from them because the quality is there but I wish they could be faster with customer service.
