Been using Maersk for container logistics work and they handle the shipments well sha, no complaints there. What annoyed me though is trying to get updates on my deliveries through their channels is like pulling teeth. You call and nobody picks up, WhatsApp responses take days, and you're just left guessing when your containers will arrive. The actual logistics part works fine but abeg they need to fix how they talk to customers because e no easy managing deliveries when you can't reach anybody.
