They walked me through everything and the process itself was straightforward but abeg the back and forth took longer than it should have. I had to follow up three times before documents came through and for a business that deals with liquidity you'd think things move faster. Overall they delivered what they promised and the rates were fair, just wish the whole thing didn't drag on so much.
