I've been using Med Link for almost a year now and I won't lie the wellness benefits are solid. My claims get processed eventually and the coverage they offer is better than what I was paying before, but the wahala is how long it takes to get someone on the phone when you have issues. Last month I called about a claim and spent two days trying to reach them before anyone picked up, meanwhile I'm sitting there worried if my money is coming back or not. Everything else works fine but their customer service team sha needs to be faster with response.
