Med Nexus is decent for what they offer but chai the waiting time there is something else. I went for a quick consultation and ended up spending almost two hours just sitting down before I was attended to even though I had an appointment. The clinical staff knew their thing when they finally saw me and explained everything proper, but honestly that delay had already soured my mood by then. For a healthcare facility that charges these kind of prices, they need to manage their scheduling better because patients have other things to do na.
