I've been using Mega-Pharma for my health insurance close to two years now and honestly the claims process works smooth when you go through their office staff. But abeg their website and mobile app need serious renovation because trying to check my claim status online is like wrestling a goat. The staff at their Kano office have always been helpful and my claims get processed without too much back and forth which is why I'm sticking with them, but that portal situation costs them a star because in 2024 why should I still be calling to ask what should be one click on an app.
