Came to check out their academic styling services since I heard good things and honestly the setup is impressive. The staff knew what they were doing and explained everything clear, but sha the waiting time between sessions was unnecessarily long and nobody really communicated what was happening. For what they charge you'd think they'd have better coordination. Still a solid 4 stars because the actual work delivered was worth it, just wish they moved faster.
