Long time customer dropping a review finally because Morgan Energy has been helpful with my energy needs for the farm operations but abeg their follow-up communication is terrible. I called about a service inquiry last month and had to call back three times before someone got back to me, which sha shouldn't happen for a company this size. The actual service when it came was solid and they know their stuff, but the waiting around for response time frustrate me sometimes. Overall I still trust them more than other options around Port Harcourt but they need to sort out the communication side.
