Tried out MSMSL for their prepaid meter hub service and honestly the whole process was straightforward. Guy explained how everything works and I understood what I was getting, but the issue is they don't follow up after installation or nothing. You just get your meter working and that's it, no confirmation text or call to make sure everything is smooth. For the price they charge abeg they should at least send a quick message checking in. Overall solid service and the meter works perfectly but that customer care part needs serious improvement.
