Frequent customer here and I must say Multishield has really helped me sort out my health management properly. The staff know me by name now and they explain everything clear clear without making you feel rushed. My only gripe sha is their online portal for claim processing moves at snail pace like, I submitted documents three weeks ago and still haven't heard back when they promised one week. Otherwise I'm satisfied with what they offer and I'll keep coming back abeg.
