Frequent customer here and I must say New Breed Academy has solid extension services and their retail hub is well stocked sha. The staff are helpful and the quality of what they offer is really good for the price. My only gripe is their registration process takes forever because one person handles everything and you end up waiting hours for something that should take 30 minutes na. Other than that I've been satisfied with them since I started bringing my kids there.
