Long time customer dropping a review finally because NIA Institute has been solid with what they do for architects and all, no complaints there. But abeg the registration process for their programmes took forever and nobody was telling me anything while I waited. Staff were knowledgeable when they eventually got to me and explained everything clear clear, so I'm satisfied overall but that waiting around annoyed me proper. Four stars because the work checks out but they need to sort out their timing system.
