The facilitators really know what they doing and you can see the girls are picking up real skills not just empty talk. My only complaint sha is that getting information about programs and pricing felt like pulling teeth because they don't respond to calls or messages quickly enough. For a premium academy that charges well, their customer service needs serious work because I had to visit physically three times just to get basic details.
