Good platform but their customer support is really slow

I've been using Nomba for my fashion business payments for a few months now and honestly the system works well when everything is smooth. The omnichannel setup makes it easy to accept payments from different channels and the transactions process fine sha. My only real complaint is when I had an issue with one of my transactions last month, it took them almost a week to respond to my support ticket and I was losing money meanwhile. For a business that handles payments, their response time needs serious work because customers like me can't afford to wait that long when money is involved.
