I've been doing the Noom Nigeria program for about four months now and I must say the behavioral approach has genuinely helped me lose weight and change how I eat sha. The coaching sessions are good and the food tracking has made me more aware of what goes into my body, which for a nurse like me trying to manage my health at 52 is important. My only real complaint is the app interface needs serious work because sometimes it freezes when I'm trying to log my meals or check my progress, and that's annoying when you're trying to stay consistent. Overall though it's been worth it and I can see the difference in how my clothes fit and how I feel daily.
