Been coming to Norrenberger for my financial stuff for almost a year now and honestly they treat me well. The staff actually know me by name which is nice, and they explain things clear clear so I understand what's happening with my accounts. My only gripe though is their online platform moves like a snail abeg, every time I try to do transfers or check balances through the app it takes forever to load and sometimes I just give up and go to the branch instead. Overall they're reliable and the rates are fair so I keep coming back but fix that app thing nau.
