Been looking into real estate investments for a minute now and my guy recommended Northcourt so I checked them out. Their research data is solid, really detailed stuff that actually helped me understand the market better than I expected and the team knew their onions when I asked questions. My only gripe is the follow-up after initial consultation took forever, like I had to chase them multiple times for reports I paid for and that annoyed me because for a data-driven company you'd think they'd be more organized. Still 4 stars though because the actual work they did was worth it, just need to tighten up their communication game.
