Frequent customer here and I must say Northwest Petroleum has solid quality products that I depend on for my business needs. The staff are knowledgeable and the ordering process is straightforward sha, but my complaint is their delivery scheduling is all over the place. Last month I was told Wednesday and they showed up Friday, no call, no apology, nothing. For a company handling premium petroleum products you'd think logistics coordination would be tighter, but aside from that delay issue the actual product and customer service otherwise have been reliable.
