I wasn't sure at first but needed some health products and Novartis came recommended so I went for it. The quality of what I got was solid and the staff knew their stuff when I asked questions, which impressed me coming from a mechanic background where I don't know much about pharmacy products. My only real complaint sha is that when I had to follow up about something, it took them forever to get back to me. Like three days for a simple question that should've taken a few hours, na so I experienced it.
