Good service but their booking system is frustrating

Reluctantly agreed to come here after my mum kept saying I should get my hair done proper and honestly the whole experience was smooth until I tried booking my next appointment. Staff were attentive and knew what they were doing with the digital hub thing they have going, everything happened on time which I appreciated sha. My only issue is their online booking platform was confusing and I ended up calling instead, felt like it should be simpler for a digital hub center in 2024. Would come back but abeg make them fix that booking wahala because it shouldn't be that stressful.
