I got referred to Phillips for help with staffing at my farm and honestly they delivered sha. The consultant understood what I needed and matched me with reliable workers within two weeks which helped a lot. My only problem is how long it took them to get back to me on emails and calls in between but when they finally responded everything moved fast. For what they charge and what they offer I'll say it's worth it, just wish they were quicker with communication sometimes.
