My friend dragged me here for one of their outdoor events last weekend and I won't lie, at 51 I wasn't expecting to enjoy sitting outside in the sun like that but the whole setup was actually well done. They arranged everything proper proper from the food setup to the seating area, nothing was left to chance and you could tell someone thought it through. What got me though was how the crew made sure everyone was comfortable even when the sun got hot, keeping water and shade sorted without you having to ask. For someone like me who spends most days on the road delivering, this kind of attention to detail and just letting people relax without stress sha made it worth it.
