I've used Plentywaka several times now coming from Maiduguri and the buses themselves are actually comfortable and safe which is what matters most. The drivers know what they doing and the routes are reliable but abeg their booking process sha is so annoying like why does it have to take that long to confirm a seat online. Last trip I had to call them three times before someone picked up and by then I was already at the park ready to board. Good service overall but they need to sort out their customer support side because that part is bringing down the whole thing.
