Was waiting for someone and killed time here so I decided to check out what Port City Hub is all about. The technician who attended to me knew his work well and explained everything about the gadget port connections without rushing me. My only gripe though is that I waited almost 35 minutes before anyone called my name even though the place wasn't that full, and that's frustrating when you're just trying to sort out your device issues quick quick. Overall it's decent and they know what they doing, but abeg they need to work on attending to customers faster.
