I've been using PressOne Africa for about four months now and honestly the cloud phone system itself works well for managing calls at the office. The interface is straightforward enough and my staff picked it up without too much hassle sef. My one complaint though is that the initial setup took longer than they said it would and nobody really walked us through everything clearly, we had to figure out some features ourselves. Overall it does the job for a growing business like mine but their onboarding process sha needs improvement.
