Came for a quick wellness checkup and the medical staff were actually knowledgeable and explained everything clearly which I appreciated. But abeg their appointment system is something else because I booked online and still waited almost an hour before they called me, and the receptionist wasn't even apologetic about it. The HMO processing took forever too like they were moving in slow motion, made me late for work that day. Overall the actual healthcare is solid but they need to sort out how they manage patients because the waiting around spoils the whole vibe.
