Frequent customer here and I must say RentBeta has made my rent payment situation so much easier compared to before. The whole process of setting up my monthly payment plan was straightforward and the staff actually explained everything clearly which I appreciated. My only real complaint sha is that sometimes when I come to process my payments during rush hours, the queue moves slower than it should and I've waited almost 30 minutes before. Overall though they've solved the headache of managing my rent so I can't complain too much.
