Took a lot of convincing to try this place and I'm still not sure it was worth it honestly. The instructors actually know their stuff and the artisanal techniques they teach are legit, but the whole experience sha was let down by how disorganized everything is. I showed up for a scheduled session and waited almost an hour before anyone even acknowledged me, then had to pay extra because their payment system wasn't working that day. It's got potential but they really need to get their act together with scheduling and customer service because the skills are there but the management side is a complete mess.
