Frequent customer here and I must say the extensions they did for me were actually quality, no rough edges or anything like that. The stylist knew what she was doing and my hair came out exactly how I described it sha. My only real complaint is the waiting time na, I had an appointment for 2pm and didn't get attended to until almost 3 and something. For how much they charge, you'd think appointment times would mean something but it was frustrating that day.
