Frequent customer here and I must say Safe Care Africa's health plans are solid, pricing is fair compared to what others charge, and claims processing has been smooth when I finally get through. My only gripe sha is their online portal for checking benefits and submitting documents is so clunky it almost makes you want to just call them instead, which defeats the purpose of having it there. Everything else works fine but abeg fix that website because in 2024 that shouldn't be this difficult.
