Reluctantly agreed to come here and I'm glad I did sha. The consultants really understood what they were doing when they broke down the pharmaceutical safety stuff for our company, and I could tell they knew their industry inside out. My only gripe is the follow-up communication was slow, waited almost two weeks for a simple status update when they said they'd get back to me in a few days. Overall though they delivered what they promised, just wish they communicated better while the work was happening.
