Came for a quick visit and the whole experience was smooth honestly. The staff knew what they were doing and everything moved fast, which I appreciated coming all the way from Maiduguri for this. My only gripe sha is that nobody really explained what was happening at each stage, I had to keep asking questions and it felt like they assumed I already knew how things worked. Overall it's solid and I'd come back, just wish they communicated better with their customers.
