Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway to inquire about their services and the whole process was just confusing honestly. Their staff didn't really explain things clear enough and I left with more questions than answers, which for someone in accounting like me na annoying because I need clarity. The corporate communication could be better sha but I'll give them credit that they atleast responded to my follow up after some days. Not sure I'll bother going back anytime soon unless something changes with how they handle customer interactions.
